< Pilates Room Studios San Diego Reformer Classes Under $5

reopening health & safety procedures

At Pilates Room Studios the health and safety of our members and team is our top priority! We will continue to offer a mix of fun and challenging classes for you to enjoy online, outdoors, and in studios to fit your needs and bring you fantastic Pilates classes wherever you feel most comfortable!
As the studios slowly re-open, extensive health and safety measures will be taken with new studio guidelines to provide all of our clients and instructors with a wonderful and safe experience. Please follow our Welcome Back Guidelines you will see posted on the studio doors.
With the proper precautions taken so everyone feels safe coming to class, we’re following the CDC’s guidelines to keep you and our team members safe and healthy. Social Distancing Measures
Reduced Class Size
Our studio classes have reduced class sizes to guarantee a minimum of 6 feet of personal distance between members during class.
Some studios will have spaced out machines, while others will have a machine in between each client’s machine to ensure 6 ft distancing for everyone. Your class instructor will indicate which machine you will use for your class, to ensure safe distancing is in place.
Hands Off Corrections
For your safety, our instructors will be only using verbal cues to provide modifications, progressions, adjustments, and corrections during class. Safety Measures & Your Health Verification
Prior to booking classes, you will be prompted to sign the waiver explaining our new protocols, and asking that you will check in with yourself, and only book classes if you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC.
It also explains all our guidelines and asks that you follow our new studio policies and social distancing protocols.  Contactless Check-In
To book a class, use our app or website to see the schedule and book your session on your own personal device.
At check-in, of course we ask you to maintain at least 6 ft distance from others, and the instructor will check you in on their own device. ................................................................................................................................................................. Equipment Sanitation and Modifications
To ensure your safety, we may be limiting the use of some accessories and equipment in the studio. If you have a set of your own reformer loops, you are welcome to bring them to class, but we have new vinyl strap covers on all our hand loops to ensure easy and thorough cleaning between use.
Please just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a towel if you’d like to class! (And an ID if you don’t have a photo uploaded yet on your profile).
We have all the equipment you’ll need for class at the studio. Please do leave everything else at home. ........................ Studio & Equipment Sanitization
After class, all clients will be instructed to clean the pieces of equipment used during class. The length of classes or time between classes may be adjusted as needed to allow enough time for the studio’s equipment and space to be cleaned and sanitized according to our enhanced cleaning procedures.
